Our food menu changes with the seasons to reflect the best of Welsh produce and to give you an authentic taste of Wales throughout your stay with us. We are passionate about all things Welsh and supporting local suppliers, our Brazilian coffee beans roasted by Big Dog Coffee in a neighbouring town, Welsh brewed speciality teas, refreshingly welsh ciders by Gwynt y Ddraig, award winning ales from Wales’ oldest master brewers Felin Foel.
For an evening tipple, browse through our unique wine and spirit collection featuring Welsh distilled spirits paired with Fever Tree mixers. Or if you are more of a beer connoisseur, we hold a handpicked range of Welsh brewed beers and ciders to enjoy on an evening in the Lounge. We also provide Steeltown Welsh homemade spirits.
The Tiger Lounge is a proud member of the The Chatty Cafe Scheme, an initiative designed to combat and reduce loneliness. We have a dedicated table where strangers are invited to sit and chat with anyone, of any age, who would like to join them. Whether that’d be, pensioners, young mothers or lone travellers.
The aim of the Chatty Cafe Scheme is to encourage and kickstart conversations between strangers in an effort to reduce loneliness. Founded by Alex Hoskyn in 2017, the heart behind the initiative is to remind people of the positive impact you can have on someone’s day when you engage in a simple short conversation.
